Custom Orders

invisibleSHIELD™ offers a custom order service for customers whose devices are not listed on our website. Please be aware that this option is for custom made screen protectors only.

Please note: We do not design invisibleSHIELDs for soft LCD screens, such as LCD monitors, plasma TV's, and laptop screens.

We will need the following items in order to process a custom order:
  • An initial $4.95 service and processing charge. *
  • Very specific height and width measurements of the screen you would like covered.
    1)  A standard ruler or measuring tape should be able to provide you with the correct measurements.
    2)  A diagonal measurement will not be sufficient for us to complete your order.
  • An internet link to a straight-on image of your device.
    1)  For security reasons we are not able to accept e-mail attachments, so please include a URL link to the product image.
  • Make and model of your gadget or device

After we receive your processing charge and the measurement information, we can proceed with your custom order!

*Please note that the $4.95 processing charge does not pay for the invisibleSHIELD™ itself. Once your order is completed, you will receive an e-mail or phone call from one of our customer service representatives requesting the second portion of payment. This will include the cost of the invisibleSHIELD™ and the shipping option of your choice.

**Custom orders do qualify for the lifetime replacement guarantee. However, your order may be disqualified from the lifetime replacement guarantee if the measurements you supply are incorrect. We design the invisibleSHIELD™ based on the exact measurements provided, and are not liable if these measurements are incorrect.
