Refund Policy

If you would like to return your product within the first 30 days of your purchase for a FULL refund, please follow the instructions below.
(Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.)

  1. You will be required to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
    To obtain an RA number, please email us at info@invisibleshield.com.au

  2. Send product to:

    Please be aware that we will not accept any mail that is sent Postage Due. We regret any inconvenience this may cause.


  3. Include your original sales receipt / order # on a letter requesting the refund, and your RA number.

  4. Please give a reason why you are requesting a refund. Your input is EXTREMELY important to us. We strive to do everything within our power to improve both our products and our service.

  5. All orders will be refunded to the Credit Card with which they were purchased, unless otherwise approved.

  6. Please note that a FULL refund does not refer to shipping costs, but to the full price of the items you purchased. There are no "re-stocking" fees or any hidden fees.
