If you would like to return your product within the first 30 days of your purchase for a FULL refund,
please follow the instructions below.
(Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.)
- You will be required to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Please be aware that we will not accept any mail that is sent Postage Due. We regret any inconvenience this may cause.
- Include your original sales receipt / order # on a letter requesting the refund, and your RA number.
- Please give a reason why you are requesting a refund. Your input is EXTREMELY important to us.
We strive to do everything within our power to improve both our products and our service.
- All orders will be refunded to the Credit Card with which they were purchased, unless otherwise approved.
- Please note that a FULL refund does not refer to shipping costs, but to the full price of the items you purchased. There are no "re-stocking" fees or any hidden fees.
