Established in 2005, and drawing on over 20 years of experience, DEEPBLUE searches the world for innovative and unique products to bring to the Australian market. Working from our head office in Brisbane, Australia, and our USA office in Salt Lake City, Utah, DEEPBLUE maintains daily contact with suppliers and customers.
In 2007 our manager in the USA office discovered the revolutionary product invisibleSHIELD. There was simply nothing in Australia that provided such protection for digital devices. Following several meetings and negotiations, DeepBlue was appointed the exclusive Australian distributor for ZAGG, Inc, the makers of invisibleSHEILD.
After months of research, development, and testing, ZAGG finally was able to deliver to the world the first and the ultimate gadget SCRATCH PROTECTION solution of its kind in early 2005 with the introduction of the proprietary and patent-pending solution including the invisibleSHIELD™ film, pre-cut copyrighted designs and application processes.
The origins of the film for the invisibleSHIELD™ begin with the U.S. Military where it was produced to protect the leading edge of helicopter blades from dust, dirt and sand hitting them at hundreds of miles per hour. Was this overkill protection for small electronic devices? We didn't think so. We modified it for consumer use and the invisibleSHIELD was born. The toughest film made for man's use.
DEEPBLUE and ZAGG are so committed to quality and customer service-something that most companies only give "lip service" to-that we offer a LIFETIME guarantee. If the Shield is ever damaged "in the line of duty" ZAGG will replace it for free! And yes, we do honor it. Even when the invisibleSHIELD™ has to be replaced because it managed to get damaged from extreme abuse, in almost all cases, the electronic device (iPod, cell phone, PDA, gaming device, digital camera screen, watch face, etc) that it was protecting is still in pristine condition! In either case, the customer is "covered."
